A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER
Thank you for visiting our website. Please allow me the opportunity to share with you the inspiration behind the launch of our company.
I have been involved in the F&B industry full time for over 35 years; I have been involved in all aspects of operations. I worked for owner operators, franchisors, franchisees, and was an owner operator myself. I made enough mistakes in my career, and my goal is to keep my clients from duplicating my mistakes and ensure their success
While operating my own restaurants, or working for others, I have come to the conclusion that most of the consultancy companies in the region –while having great leadership- do not truly offer a realistic approach to consulting. I hired consultants in the past and have heard from friends whom hired consultants. In both cases, the quality of work provided fell far short of the expectations.
The reason the quality of work did not come close to meeting the expectations of my friends and I when hiring consultants, is not due to lack of knowledge by the consultants, but rather the unrealistic approach to the implementation of that knowledge. Most often, the leaders of the consultancy companies in this region rely on their team to deliver quality work, which the leaders know. The teams at the consultancy companies’ end up delivering theory based information and services, which causes the result to lack credibility. They implement the cookie cutter approach and never customize to the needs of the client. More often, the work delivered is not reflective of the client’s needs.
After many failed attempts to hire consultants whom walked in our shoes, and felt our pain, we decided that it is time for us to launch Restonalysis FZE to offer true realistic and customized service to the operators in our industry.
I have made the commitment to be personally involved in all the projects we take on, and not rely only on my team. I have made the commitment that I would offer my clients services based on what I have experienced over the years. While it is always convenient to have team members that share your vision, understand your business, and deliver the quality you would deliver yourself to your clients, I have decided that, I would keep a close eye on what I and my team is doing ,and always measure the quality and success of the work we deliver to our clients. I also made the decision, not to take on more work than the company can handle, and make sure that you would see me more often than you would see my team members.
The topics above, coupled with my passion for the industry is what lead me to launch Restonalysis early in 2016.
I hope that you would trust us enough, to give us a chance to prove to you that we will deliver on our promises; we will deliver quality work, and make our services cost effective for our clients.
It is worth noting that since I launched the company, most of the work we have been doing, is generated from clients that terminated their contracts with other consultants due to frustration and disappointment with the quality of work they received.
Our promise: To identify the business needs using simple easy to understand terms, provide honest realistic feedback, and execute the recommendations and plans keeping in mind the impact of cost while maintaining quality.
